Independent Taxi Drivers

As one of the largest taxicab companies in Florida, City Cab Company of Orlando has been in business since 1939! As the cornerstone of transportation in the Orlando area we service communities and attractions throughout Central Florida. We operate with approximately 600 metered taxicabs with our 3 brands; City Cab, Yellow Cab and Checker Cab. All taxis are dispatched and equipped with GPS technology to ensure a quick response. Many Taxi Drivers develop their own client base, which gives them reoccurring community customers and ability to earn an excellent living. With our GPS Technology and In-car Camera systems we provide a higher level of security than our competitors. You can drive every day, once a week, or as little as once a month. Orientation is provided to all contractors, specific to their duties and responsibilities.

Independent Luxury Vehicle Chauffeurs

Since 1987 Mears Transportation has served local and visiting business and community leaders through our Luxury Vehicle Services. Luxury Vehicle Chauffeur’s are the heart of providing those services. With nearly 300 luxury vehicles, including town cars, vans and SUVs, these Chauffeurs develop their own client base in addition to servicing many local high-end Hotels and Resorts within Central Florida. Each luxury vehicle is equipped with the latest mobile data terminal for dispatching and communication. Our Uniformed and dedicated chauffeurs develop a working rapport with their clientele and can earn an excellent living. You can drive every day, once a week, or as little as once a month. Orientation is provided to all contractors, specific to their duties and responsibilities.
