Mears Transportation carries thousands of customers everyday in our various vehicles, however it is the level of customer service at the airport which we carry in the highest regard. In all, Mears has over 90 full-time employees at Orlando International Airport. These employees include five managers, four individuals with the responsibility to coordinate meet and greet services in baggage claim, and approximately 80 front-line employees who serve the customer as a cashier, starter or dispatcher. Our presence at Orlando International Airport provides the guest with an easy recovery method in the event the guest and the greeter or driver miss each other. Not only will another Mears representative be able to assist, our seven point-of-sale locations will be able to coordinate immediate transportation.
