At Mears Transportation, every year we transport millions of guests. But the transporting is just the beginning – we also want our customers to feel moved by a powerfully positive experience. This goal requires intense and consistent training not only for our drivers, but also for our customer service representatives and on-site personnel. To achieve this daily delivery of the highest consistent service, Mears is proud to say that it is the only Florida transportation company with a dedicated Training Center. Our Training Departments employ five full-time and several part-time professionals. All of our employees receive specialized instruction and guidance in customer service, problem resolution, corporate policies, as well as training on the Mears unique vision for how a transportation company should operate and meet the changing needs of its customers.
